About Us

PlasticModels is proudly 100% New Zealand owned and operated from our office based in Rolleston just outside of Christchurch.

We are a family run business with our history in the model industry going back to 1974 in Dunedin with Roslyn Book and Toy Centre owned and operated by Lawrence & Noeline Clarke.

We launched our first webstore RCNZ in 2006 and since then have successfully grown the group to include the websites for PlasticModels & DiecastModels. We are excited to offer one of New Zealand's largest range of specialist model products with over 15,000 pictured products across the three websites.
