LVG C.VI (serial 7243/18) was forced down near Nieppe, France, on October 9, 1918, by Lieutenant V. H. Thornton and H. N. Kerr of No. 4 Squadron, AFC. This aircraft was also consigned to Australia post-war for display but was eventually scrapped. Another LVG C.VI (serial 3163/18) was also captured by 4 Sqn AFC in 1919.
